This website
keeponsteppindance.com is the website. The uploader lives on the homepage. This page explains the same product and sends you there.
Is it free?
A clip is not free. One attempt is 10 credits. Packs are $9.90 for one video, $19.90 for three, and $29.90 for five. Credits last 365 days. There is no subscription. A failed generation returns the credits. A result you simply dislike needs a new spend.
Video generator
The video generator is the uploader on the homepage. Open it, add the photo, and download the MP4. Mark the post as AI-generated. This site does not embed the recording. Add the official Keep On Steppin sound in the app you use, or check silent export for a file with no audio.
